In addition, enrollment rates and examination scores hiked up noticeably conclusive to the shrinking rates of drop-outs. This is on top of the enhanced physical environment of the school and the outstanding OPCRF performance.

Projects such as IRIS, ALEG, the School-based feeding program, Brigada Eskwela, and many more were praised by the evaluators along with the 100% support from the Local Government Unit of the City of Ilagan, stakeholders, and parents, for they are said to be "very beneficial" for the learners of INHS.

"Since Isabela National High School is noted for its long list of accomplishments, I think with the shared responsibility and the dedication and commitment of the school administrators, teachers, stakeholders, and community partners, there's a high possibility that we'll be able to level up and improve more." said Ma’am Emy Abu, the Head Teacher of the Mathematics Department and chairman of INHS’ School Improvement Plan (SIP).
